在这个充满机遇与挑战的行业里,我从未停止探索的脚步,用每一份努力为电机事业添砖加瓦。 本人唐朝晖,男,汉族,1966年3月出生,清华大学EMBA,1990年毕业于湘潭大学物理系物理专业,先后任长沙眼镜公司总经理、瀚牌服饰董事长、长沙电机厂厂长、现任长沙长利集团有限公司董事长兼总经理、中国电器工业协会中小型电机分会副理事长。 自2002年本人进入电机行业以来,始终不忘初心,将“电机是人类最重要的装备,做全球最专业的电机!”作为毕生追求的目标。值此清华EMBA入学和公司改制二十周年之际,在庆祝学校取得辉煌成就的同时,更展望未来更多可能。

一、成长与变革

作为企业领导者的我,有幸亲身参与到清华EMBA的学习和成长,我深知对于个人和企业的价值。从课程的前沿管理理论到实践案例的剖析,每一步都极大地拓宽了我的视野,提升了我的决策和领导能力。在这样一个学术与实践完美结合的学习环境中,我不仅更新了知识结构,更与来自不同行业的杰出领导者建立了深厚的友谊和合作关系。在清华EMBA的学习中,老师常常强调要创新与变革,鼓励学员打破常规,发展出新的解决方案和业务模式。在快速变化的市场环境下,这种学习模式有利于我们及时调整战略以适应市场需求。

在国有企业改制成民营企业,长沙长利集团有限公司(原长沙电机厂有限责任公司),已有70余年专业制造电机的历史,2004年改制后,我致力于提升企业核心竞争力,以打造全球最专业的三相异步电动机生产研发基地为目标。在本人及全体员工不懈努力下,企业的发展实现了质的飞跃:公司面貌焕然一新,工业总产值翻了一番,年销售收入增长了59%,员工年均收入大幅提升。

二、运筹帷幄,开拓视野

清华EMBA为我提供了一个全面的学习和成长平台,它不仅在专业知识和管理技能上有着系统的培训,更在领导力、战略思维、国际视野等方面给予我很大的支持。在清华EMBA学习的这几年里,学校带领我们去到美国,学习了包括公司战略和领导学方面的西方先进理论和思想,对实业界的我有着重要的理论和实践参考价值。

多次的访学活动,从产品开发到商业模式创新再到智能化企业,让我对市场的定位有了新的认识。让我们能够在复杂的商业环境中作出正确的决策,引领企业持续发展,并在未来的商业竞争中保持优势。

三、深化改革,推动企业战略转型

创新是企业的灵魂,企业自主创新,既要技术、工艺、产品等技术方面的创新,也要战略、商业模式、文化、制度、组织、营销等管理方面的创新。经过清华EMBA的学习,我把理论应用到公司的管理实践中。让公司一直坚持不断尝试引进先进的管理理念和工具,以此推动企业全面升级和战略转型。

2017年,公司根据产品适用范围的不同,成立了四家控股子公司,四家公司实现电机生产一体化的同时,自由竞争,合作共赢。其中长沙长利电气有限公司于2022年成功入选国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业,也是“国家高新技术企业”,同时获得国家工业和信息化部颁发的“国家绿色工厂”殊荣。长沙电机厂集团长瑞有限公司也入选了市级专精特新“小巨人”企业,“省高新技术企业”,另外两家控股子公司也是规模以上企业。电机市场占有率稳居全省前三,市场发展潜力巨大。

一直以来,我坚持要求企业加大技术投入,逐步提高新技术、新产品、新工艺研发费用。加强与高校和科研院所合作,推进产、学、研结合,搭建企业技术研发平台。引进先进的设备和研发管理技术,研发出具有企业自主知识产权的专利产品。并陆续开发出一系列“高、新、特”产品,满足用户需求。让新产品的开发速度年保持在15%以上,每年推出50多个规格的新产品投向市场,目前新产品产值占总产值的40%。

在改制的20年里,公司不仅面貌焕然一新,产值大幅提升,工作效率也大大提高,员工的待遇及幸福指数有了显著变化。

在未来公司将围绕“技术创新、设备革新、员工待遇提升”等方面,持续发力。计划再用2至3年时间,分阶段、分步骤地对现有生产设备进行改造和更新,实现加工、装配、油漆等制造过程的自动化、数字化、智能化、绿色化,真正达到减少人工成本、提高生产效率、保证产品性能质量的稳定性。再结合精益生产、精益管理的实施,运用现代化的管理软件,依托公司产业升级和战略布局,逐步将公司打造为国家重要先进制造业高地,为全面落实“三高四新”战略定位和使命任务,贡献力量。同时完成企业从工业3.0到工业4.0的升级和过度。

四、社会责任与企业家的担当

作为一名国家重点培养的企业家,本人满怀对党和国家的感激之情,尽力回报社会,体现本土企业家的责任与担当。近二十年,本人通过资助贫困学子、资助教育机构、捐赠教学设备、设立慈善机构(爱心协会)、捐助孤寡老人和贫困家庭、赈灾救助等方式,回馈社会善款过千万元。同时,本人致力于社会的公平与正义,不断扩大企业规模,积极提供就业机会,不断提高员工的福利和待遇,保障员工的基本权益,也为部分优秀人才提供创业平台,让其成为合作伙伴,分享自己的经验教训,帮助其实现梦想。在企业稳步前进的同时,本人对环境的保护也是不遗余力,强烈要求公司推行符合低碳、环保的新产品,积极参加环境保护活动,推动企业可持续发展,也为下一代创造一个更加绿色的世界。

回首过去,二十年的工作经历,我也是在探索中不断学习,无数的机遇与挑战,让我成为更好的自己;面对未来,我会带着这二十年的经验与教训,继续努力,追求更高的成就。

In this industry full of opportunities and challenges, I have never stopped exploring and contributing to the motor industry with every effort.

I am Tang Chaohui, male, Han nationality, born in March 1966, EMBA of Tsinghua University, graduated from the Department of Physics of Xiangtan University in 1990, majoring in physics, and successively served as the general manager of Changsha Glasses Company, the chairman of Hanpai Clothing, the director of Changsha Electric Machinery Factory, the current chairman of Changsha Changli Group Co., Ltd., and the vice chairman of the small and medium-sized motor branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association.

Since I entered the motor industry in 2002, I have never forgotten my original intention, and I will "motor is the most important equipment for human beings, and we will be the most professional motor in the world!" "As a lifelong goal. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Tsinghua EMBA's enrollment and corporate restructuring, while celebrating the brilliant achievements of the school, we are looking forward to more possibilities in the future.

1. Growth and Change

As a business leader, I have the privilege to participate in the learning and growth of Tsinghua EMBA, and I know the value to individuals and enterprises. From the cutting-edge management theories of the course to the analysis of practical cases, each step has greatly broadened my horizons and improved my decision-making and leadership skills. In such a learning environment that perfectly combines academics and practice, I have not only updated my knowledge structure, but also established deep friendships and cooperative relationships with outstanding leaders from different industries. In Tsinghua EMBA, teachers often emphasize innovation and change, and encourage students to break the mold and develop new solutions and business models. In a rapidly changing market environment, this learning model helps us to adjust our strategy in a timely manner to meet market needs.

After the restructuring of state-owned enterprises into private enterprises, Changsha Changli Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Changsha Electric Machinery Factory Co., Ltd.), has a history of more than 70 years of professional manufacturing of motors, after the restructuring in 2004, I am committed to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, with the goal of building the world's most professional three-phase asynchronous motor production and research and development base. With the unremitting efforts of myself and all employees, the development of the company has achieved a qualitative leap: the company has a new look, the total industrial output value has doubled, the annual sales revenue has increased by 59%, and the average annual income of employees has increased significantly.

2. Strategize and broaden your horizons

The Tsinghua EMBA program has provided me with a comprehensive platform for learning and growth, which not only provides me with systematic training in professional knowledge and management skills, but also gives me great support in leadership, strategic thinking, and international vision. During the years of studying in Tsinghua EMBA, the school led us to United States and learned advanced Western theories and ideas including corporate strategy and leadership, which have important theoretical and practical reference value for me in the industrial world.

Many visiting activities, from product development to business model innovation to intelligent enterprises, have given me a new understanding of market positioning. This enables us to make the right decisions in a complex business environment, lead the company to continue to grow, and maintain an edge in the future business competition.

3. Deepen reform and promote the strategic transformation of enterprises

Innovation is the soul of an enterprise, and independent innovation of an enterprise requires not only technological innovation in technology, technology, and products, but also innovation in strategy, business model, culture, system, organization, marketing and other management. After studying the EMBA at Tsinghua University, I applied the theory to the company's management practice. Let the company always insist on constantly trying to introduce advanced management concepts and tools, so as to promote the comprehensive upgrading and strategic transformation of the enterprise.

In 2017, according to the different scope of application of products, the company established four holding subsidiaries, and the four companies realized the integration of motor production at the same time, free competition and win-win cooperation. Among them, Changsha Changli Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as a national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprise in 2022, and is also a "national high-tech enterprise", and won the honor of "National Green Factory" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Changsha Electric Machinery Factory Group Changrui Co., Ltd. has also been selected as a municipal-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprise and a "provincial high-tech enterprise", and the other two holding subsidiaries are also enterprises above designated size. The market share of the motor ranks among the top three in the province, and the market development potential is huge.

For a long time, I have insisted that enterprises increase investment in technology and gradually increase the research and development costs of new technologies, new products and new processes. Strengthen cooperation with universities and research institutes, promote the combination of production, learning and research, and build an enterprise technology research and development platform. The introduction of advanced equipment and R & D management technology, research and development of patented products with independent intellectual property rights. And successively developed a series of "high, new, special" products to meet the needs of users. Let the development speed of new products be maintained at more than 15% every year, and launch more than 50 new products of more than 50 specifications into the market every year, and the output value of new products accounts for 40% of the total output value.

In the 20 years of restructuring, the company has not only taken on a new look, the output value has been greatly improved, the work efficiency has also been greatly improved, and the treatment and happiness index of employees have changed significantly.

In the future, the company will continue to focus on "technological innovation, equipment innovation, and employee treatment improvement". It is planned to use another 2 to 3 years to transform and update the existing production equipment in stages and steps, so as to realize the automation, digitalization, intelligence and greening of the manufacturing process such as processing, assembly and painting, so as to truly reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency and ensure the stability of product performance and quality. Combined with the implementation of lean production and lean management, the use of modern management software, relying on the company's industrial upgrading and strategic layout, the company will gradually build the company into a national important advanced manufacturing highland, and contribute to the full implementation of the "three highs and four new" strategic positioning and mission tasks. At the same time, the upgrade and transition of enterprises from Industry 3.0 to Industry 4.0 will be completed.

Fourth, social responsibility and entrepreneurial responsibility

As an entrepreneur cultivated by the state, I am full of gratitude to the party and the country, and try my best to repay the society, reflecting the responsibility and responsibility of local entrepreneurs. In the past 20 years, I have given back more than 10 million yuan to the society by subsidizing poor students, subsidizing educational institutions, donating teaching equipment, setting up charities (love associations), donating to the elderly and poor families, and providing disaster relief. At the same time, I am committed to social fairness and justice, constantly expanding the scale of the enterprise, actively providing employment opportunities, continuously improving the welfare and treatment of employees, protecting the basic rights and interests of employees, and providing an entrepreneurial platform for some outstanding talents, so that they can become partners, share their experiences and experiences, and help them realize their dreams. While the company is making steady progress, I also spare no effort to protect the environment, strongly require the company to implement new products that are in line with low carbon and environmental protection, actively participate in environmental protection activities, promote the sustainable development of the company, and create a greener world for the next generation.

Looking back on the past, 20 years of work experience, I am also constantly learning in exploration, countless opportunities and challenges, let me become a better self; Facing the future, I will continue to work hard and pursue higher achievements with the experience and lessons of the past 20 years.
